Lusaka Conference operates under the guidelines of a strategic plan which was adopted in January, 2022. It is a localized version of the "I Will Go" Strategic Plan of the World Church with three focus areas:

1. Mission
2. Spiritual Growth
3. Leadership

This plan seeks to engage church members into total participation with a motto "Every Member a Builder."
